A full day of ITIL started with with a good breakfast at hotel and then a bit of a walk around Manchester before going in to QA office
Different tutor with a different style. Spoke much loud era, much more animated, involved students by relating topics to workplaces and he went through slides very quickly using only the ones he thought were important.
Got out at lunchtime and sat on Piccadilly Gardens to eat but it was too cold to stay out for long.
And we ploughed on in the afternoon to get through materials., but stopped shortly after 4pm.
So, back to hotel, quick change and off to gym. Ran 3.6km in 20 mins.
Back to room, changed and did a ITIL mock exam. Scored 32/40. Feeling good and headed down to bar for food. Ordered beer and steak and sat at table to revise but could hardly read book as light was so dim. Steak was good.
Back to room, sat other exam and scored 33/40. Then found it difficult to concentrate on doing any other revision. Went through handbook while keeping eye on TV. Not sure it was worthwhile!!
Bed shortly after 11pm.
