Diary – 17th June 2015

a wet start to the day. Milk delivery was late so no porridge for breakfast. Not raining as I walked down to school. Early birds was a bit calmer then yesterday but we went outside quite early. That went fine.

Came home, read paper. Did job search then looked for a geocache to find. Drove to Cockerham and manage to pull into side of road across from cache. And then returned home. So was only out 30 minutes or so.

Gave me some time to do prep for jam club, connect group and guitar lesson. Interspersed with lunch.

Back down to village for jam club. Main theme was fathers. Tried to play a game of Happy Families in small groups.

Back home, potatoes baking in oven.

Had my tea, Naomi came home and I went out.

Quick drive in to Lancaster. Got free parking. In guitar lesson we played Honky Tonk Woman. I need to practice bar chords.

Then off to connect group where we talked about. Overseers and deacons.

And home for about 2145.
