Diary – 23rd July 2015

first day I didn’t have to get up early and guess what? I was wide awake at 6.45am. Stayed in bed for an other half-hour before getting up.

Stopped at the window for a while to watch a female deer and her young on the lawn.

And so down to village to get papers. It was very quiet. And home for breakfast with Naomi. After she went to work I read the paper and did my job searching.

Then went in to Garstang to YBS. Had 3 accounts of my uncle’s and came out with 3 cheques. And then to bank to deposit cheques. And home again.

Lunch and then outside to cut grass. Did road-side first. It was hard work because the grass was long and a bit wet. Ran out of petrol doing bottom lawn.

Came inside and watched TdF.

Naomi was home a bit early. I cooked liver risotto for tea. We went out for a bike ride afterwards, about 5 miles.

Came home and watched TV.
