Diary – 31st July 2015

Well, it’s Friday. Day started with my usual activities. Then went out to grab a geocache. Drove out to Churchtown. Managed to park within a few feet of one. That was under a bench. Then went for a walk along the main road to find another. That was an easy find too. Looked at a third but it was in a field where farmer was working. Then looked for a fourth hidden in ivy but quickly gave up.

Came home. Back to hedge-trimming. Did all the hedges in the garden. Then got out the strummer. Didn’t last long as both batteries needed charging.

Lunch.

Did a rowing session. Annoyed that online music stream stopped after 5 mins. Managed 6500m in 30 mins. Good, but not great.

Drove into Lancaster. Had to park way up hill behind Moorlands. Which meant a good walk down to centre.

Went to Costa for a drink. Walked around but with no interest in any shops. Walked up to castle and took some photos to solve a geocache.

Then it was time to head to LBC. Attending music practice for the wedding tomorrow. Got off to a very slow start and only rehearsed two songs in an hour. But the other five went much more quickly.

Headed home, after a long walk up the hill.

Tea, beer and TV.
