Diary – 19th September 2015

Woke with a start at 6.30am; was that when the milkman called? Whatever, I got out of bed a few minutes later. Had breakfast, walked down to village and came back with newspapers and then very quickly I was in car driving to Lancaster.

A gardening party at the LBC church house. I was 3rd person there. Set to with hedge trimmer and pulling plants off garage roof before moving into back garden. Eventually about a dozen of us and we produced a huge amount of green waste but we didn’t have a skip to put it in! I left about 1230, later than I planned.

Back home we had lunch, made a fuss over the cat. Watched some rugby. I did a bit of cleaning downstairs and watched Final Score.

Tinned pie with corn on cob and crumble for tea.

More TV for the evening.
