Diary – 24 th September 2015

another dry start to the day so when I got down to school it was an easy decision to stay outdoors. Kids were a bit kranky and it ended up with one girl in tears after being pushed over.

Came home, read paper and then it was time for meeting. Held a meeting here to talk about doing “Open the Book” in school assemblies. Much shorter than I expected perhaps because we couldn’t rehearse much because two key people weren’t present.

So after everyone had gone I had time to do my job search and applied for a job called ‘Support Worker – Garstang’. A bit of a change in career direction!!

Shortly after midday I set out in car to Lancaster. Job club at the Ridge estate. We didn’t do much job hunting but we were kept busy tidying things and had a good chat. Left about 3pm, came home via Quernmore and stopped to pick up a pallet.

Had some time at home to practice guitar then had tea and then headed back to Lancaster for LBC members’ meeting. Didn’t finish until 9.30pm.

Came home and straight to bed.
