Diary – September 27th 2015

A bit of a return to normality on a Sunday morning. It was interesting to see that my Fitbit says I slept for 8 1/2 hours.

So just before I was ready to leave the house Naomi had woekn so I said a quick goodbye and was out of the house at about 9.45am.

Drove to Lancaster, quite a lot of traffic on the road. Arrived at LBC in good time for morning service.  Pastor preached on Romans 6. He also got all the birthday people up on the stage. 🙂 Chatted with few people afterwards and then headed home.

Lunch was chicken breast with left-over veg.

Afternoon went quickly and late on Paul and Denise turned up with Pip. Our resident cat saw the dog and disappeared. After a chat 3 of use left and went for a walk up Nicky Nook. Learning to use my Fitbit. I didn’t realise that after clicking  tick to say ‘doing a hike’ I then had to click again to say ‘start’. But at least it counted all my steps and height gained.

Got back just before 7pm, Paul and Denise left and I had a quick tea. Was expecting to find some rugby on TV, but wrong. Played a bit of guitar until Naomi came home.
