Diary – 24th January 2016

It’s Sunday so I had another small lie-in.

Then waited for Naomi to get up.

9.45am we got in car and drove down to village church. I took cajon and back rest into church and left Naomi to go for a walk. Then set off in car to Lancaster.

Parked in Nelson St car park and headed to LBC. I was on fire marshal duty so sat in gallery. Don’t like being there as it feels so detached from rest of congregation, but I did have a good chat with Chris and Ann after service. Sermon was abou t Joseph on the topic of failure.

Drove home via Scotforth allotments but couldn’t search for the geocache there as someone was working close to GZ. So continued home.

Chicken Kiev for lunch.

We went for a walk around Nateby. Parked near closed canal bridge, walked along road over another bridge, turned left to another bridge. Found geocache and then walked along canal to closed bridge and back along road to car.

Naomi cooked tea.
