Diary – 12th March 2016

I don’t like the Saturdays when I get up the same time as a working day!! So an early start, drive down to village, deliver Tony’s then turn around and head back through village and on to Lancaster.

Could only find free parking way up hill on Moorlands. Then walk down to LBC for men’s prayer breakfast. A good number there, maybe 20. Cereal and then bacon and egg. David Carling made a joke!! And a good prayer time.

Glad of the walk back to the car after that breakfast. Drove home for about 10.30am. A short time at home and then we walked down to village for Lent lunch and the Methodist chapel. A good number there. We stayed until about 2pm and then walked home.

Sat down in snug and felt really tired. That lasted most of afternoon. Wondered if I’ve caught something.

Naomi went out for Indiantake-away.  I had something rather spicy. Washed down with a bottle of Richard’s wine. Watched the Voice. And then a midsomer murder.
