Diary – 30th March 2016

Time to head home…

Up at 7am, breakfast.  Noticed that Virgin were warning about delays because of a broken-down freight train.

Left house about 9.20am and walked to Tolworth station and only had short wait for train. Got off at Vauxhall and changed to underground and Victoria line to Euston.

Arrived early so went to Virgin lounge for a while.

Train left on time, 11.30am. No sign of broken-down train but we went slowly for a long time. Lots of food and drinks offered. Sausage baguette was quite tasty. Arrived at Lancaster 28 mins late – 2 mins more and we could have claimed compensation!!

Walked across town t car and drive straight home.

Then lots of sorting out.

Took delivery of 500 Focus magazine to be delivered.

Went for a walk round block.

Made pasta with veg for tea.

Connect group got cancelled so I had a free evening.

Did some guitar playing.
