Diary – 6th May 2016

Another sunny start to the day b

Walked down to school thinking I was going to have to clean out the Guinea pig hutch but girls said it didn’t need doing. Early birds started with me and Ellis chatting for a while before anyone else turned up. Played some cricket, holly had me doing keep fit.

Came home, read paper. Intended to go for a run but ran out of enthusiasm.

More laundry, some garden work pruning bramble and cutting weeds from the lawn retaining wall.

After lunch it was time for my Calder vale school run. Only 4 kids again. And two Guinea pigs. Home for 4.30pm.

Watched pointless and then made tea – fried tuna steaks.

Went for a walk out to Long Lane to picnic site then along footpath beside mill race and back to ad and into village.

Stopped at Barn for first-time evening opening. Left 3 beers later.

Bed about 2330.
