Diary – 30th May 2016

Awake again at 7.15am and out of bed. Took it slow as I didn’t want to get to shop before 8am just in case they weren’t open as it’s Bank Holiday Monday.

A lovely sunny morning to walk down to village. Came back with paper and retreated t snug for breakfast and to read paper.

We cycled down to Garstang to walk the parade at 11am. Came straight home  afterwards.

Walked up to Wyresdale Park to look at market and activities. Got pizzas for lunch and introduced ourselves to Louise (?), Mrs Ormroyd.

Came home and then spent afternoon working on wall units in utility room.  Fixed eventually after fighting with bowed wall.

Cooked lamb chops for tea that we had bought earlier. Tasted nice, but not sure what flavour salt marsh should add.

Went for a walk down to village but that didn’t ease my back pain so took it easy. WTched baseball on our BT TV.
