Diary – 19th June 2016

Slept a bit later. Got up, breakfast.

Left house at 9.30am and drove to Lancaster. Parked just off Dalton Sq.

helped to get things ready for Lighthouse and then into church for first part of service. Another one with a children’s talk which wasn’t really for children. Then out with children. I did the memory verse. And then out with older ones.

Afterwards had a few conversations and then left for home about 12.30.

Chicken for lunch.

A sporty afternoon: tennis, F1 and football. Good thing too as the rain was coming down heavy.

Naomi went out shortly after 3pm. Watched more football.

Did a 30-minute rowing session.

And more football.
