Diary – 4th September 2016

Woke at 7.30am and got up.

Had breakfast and then sat down to sort out What to do in Lighthouse and wrote it out.

And then it was just about time to go. Drove to Lancaster. Parked off Dalton Square and walked to LBC.

Spent a bit of time with team preparing and then into church for first part of service. We were in for only 20 minutes.

Lighthouse was OK, I led the session with the older kids on Zechariah and that went OK. Afterwards chatted to Cathy for a while.

Came home, Naomi cooked roast beef for lunch.

We went out in the garden for a while.

Watched some of Tour of Britain on TV

Went out in car together for evening.

I went to evening communion at LBC where there were only 13 people. Then we had a special deacons meeting to talk about communion.

Finished at about 9pm and met Naomi at car and we drove home.

Sat in snug, had something to eat and went to bed.
