Diary – 19th January 2017

Woken by alarm at 6.45am after sleeping soundly since 2320. Up, breakfast and out of house at 7.45am.

Dry and a bit gloomy but no problem being upside for Early Birds. A very calm session. Boys playing football, or Bally against the wally, and girls doing hair or stroking guinea pigs.

Came home, read paper. Up to office, practiced guitar, tidied inbox. Tidied papers to clear desk.

Then it was time to head to Lancaster. Drove Peugeot. 25 minutes from home to Ridge.

Job club was quiet. Just 3 clients.

Came home. Watched Tipping Point.

Cooked liver for tea.

Evening walk round block.

Whisky before bed.
