Diary – 14th march 2017

Up at 6.45am, breakfast and out.

Hurrah for another dry morning. Had problems at Early Birds with inappropriate language and disrespect.

Came home, had just enough time to read paper and do sudoku before heading out of house down to village again.

Rehearsal at church at 10am for Open The Book assembly. Storey was Palm Sunday or The Great Parade. We gave ourselves far too long to rehearse and had more than half an hour to spare. Went well in the end.

Walked round to Kirstine’s house and after a chat took Pluto the dog for a walk. Up snowhill Lane to cottage, footpath to Tithebarn Lane and back to house. Some time off lead in field and through woodland.

Walked home for a late lunch. And a bit of spare time.

And then headed back down to school for after-school club. Quiet once football club had left. 8 children. Spent a long time outside in sunshine. Last pickup at 1745.

Walked home and set to making tea. Sausage and potato.

And then out again. In car this time. Drove to Lancaster for OMF prayer meeting. 2 new people.

Home after 10pm.
