Diary – Monday 26th June 2017

Alarm woke me at 6.45am after a restless night. Up, breakfast and out at 7.30am.

Weather was warmer and brighter so Early Birds was outside. But no-one turned up before 8am so I spent the time pacing up and down the playground; something like 1200 steps in 15 minutes. Early arrivals stood and chatted with me for a while before playing a game. A calm session.

Came home for a few minutes before meeting Anton on road and leaving for Lancashire Sings Christmas meeting. Anton took back lanes to motorway services again and it took 20 minutes to get to motorway!! So we were late for meeting.

LSC meeting was OK and lasted just over an hour.

Once back at Scorton Anton dropped me off in village and I took Pluto for his walk. Stopped to chat with Phil Cray on way home.

Lunchtime.

Off to the woodland and two fallen trees that I cut up as much as possible.  It was warm work over 1 1/2 hours.

Came in and sat down to watch Tipping Point.

Out t garden again and cut the grass. It’s a lot quicker when I dônt use the grass box.

Tea by myself. Thank good ness for frozen single meals.

Brought the washing in just as rain started.

Guitar session.

Stopped at 9pm and watched TV.
