Diary – Thursday 29th June 2017

Woken by alarm at 6.45am, up, breakfast and out at 7.45am.

A little bit damp but after 3 mornings indoors I was determined to hold Early Birds outside. No-one turned up until almost ten past eight so I got in some steps. Hád to do some shouting and girls went in and brought out a teacher.

Came home, read paper. Spent some time in office and then a bit in kitchen.

Then it was time to leave.

Drove to Lancaster in car via motorway.

Ridge job club was a bit quiet with only 3 clients but David and Gwenyth came so we talked to them. Finished promptly at 3pm.

Came home.

Watched Tipping Point.

Mince with pasta for tea.

Stephen Humphrey came round and we chatted for a while.

Then we went for a walk round block.
