Diary – Tuesday 9th October 2018

Up at 6.45am, breakfast and out at 7.25am.

Children arrived at Early Birds from 7.45am. I think I had a dozen but still quite controlled.

Came home, read paper.

Went to Garstang for shopping at Aldi and then Booths. Met David McDonnell and had a chat on Booths stairs.

On way back stopped to do dog walking. Managed to open front door so had two dogs and kept both on lead all the way round. Kirstine was at home. All was fine, but I think Pluto was a bit disappointed not to get a run.

And home.

And back to school for after-school club. Weather was nice so we stayed outside all session. And finished a little bit early.

Mince with boiled potatoes for tea.

And out to OMF meeting without Naomi as she had got home late. We had a visit from the new north area reps. It was good to hear about them. I was “appointed” leader and led rest of meeting. Finished prayer time at 9pm but people just kept on talking and we didn’t leave until almost 10pm.

A brief sit in snug before bed.
