Diary – Monday 15th October 2018

Up at 6.45am, what a dark morning! Breakfast and out at 7.25am.

A quiet morning at Early Birds. Mrs H put her head round the door while I was sitting and chatting with Lexi. 🙂 everyone was well-behaved.

Printed some governor papers before heading home.

Read paper, did laundry.

Read governor parapets.

Down to village and took two dogs for a walk round block.

Lunch.

Drove down to school.

Did an hour of after-school club. We were outside all the time.

Then governors’ finance committee meeting. Just three of us and Mrs H. I was re-elected vice-chair. CV meeting took an hour and joint meeting took 10 minutes.

Then off to Brookhouse for NISCU evening. We ended up with a men’s table for the meal. Bev Carling cooking again. I had chicken pie and went back for a portion of lasagne. Banoffee pie for dessert. Then some worship, short address and prayer. Finished at 9pm.

Drove home and sat in snug til bedtime.
