Diary – Friday 26th October 2018

Woke suddenly at 6.45am and dozed for a while before getting up.

No cooked breakfast cos of Robs diet so cornflakes and toast.

Left house at 9.10am or so and drove to church for prayer meeting.

And from there from to Royal Marsden Hospital. Rob had tests, I sat in waiting room. When tests were finished we went for a walk round the block. Took about 40 minutes. Had a drink in cafe then back up to ward for a while and then cafe for lunch. Fish and chips. Back to ward and waiting room.

Naomi and I left at about 4pm. Walked to Cheam and Helen collected us.

She took us back to her house and we went in briefly and then walked across the park to Malden Manor station.

Train to Vauxhall, tube to Euston. Enough time to buy pasties for tea and then train was ready on platform.

Left London at 1920, arrived Stoke at 2050.

A short walk back to car and then headed home.

Arrived home at 2240 and sat in snug for a while before bed.
