Diary – Monday 29th April 2019

Up at 6.40am, breakfast and out at 7.25am.

Early Birds was quiet, just ten kids and I kept on top of everything.

Came home, read paper, tidied inbox and then did a 10km row.

Naomi and I walked down to village and took Pluto for a walk. He was very pleased to see us.

And home for lunch.

Time to plant some seeds.

And down to school for after-school club. Got roped in to art club with younger children. Making robot heads with cardboard and lots of paint. After 4.30pm numbers dropped quickly and we finished a little early.

Headed home and met Naomi halfway.

Made sausage and mash for tea.

We were both out at Lancaster for the evening. I had LBC deacons’ meeting. A bit of a long one, mostly talking about church leadership.

Came home and sat in snug for a short chat with Naomi as she drove down to Stoke and then off to bed.
